What is Community Challenge?
Community Challenge is an online prize competition platform where every £1 ticket gives you a fair shot at winning big prizes. As more tickets sell, new prizes unlock — we call these Checkpoints.
How does it work?
Why don’t you say “1 in 3 to win something”?
Because that usually means tiny prizes. We keep prizes meaningful and use one rule for every value: odds = 1 in (10 × prize). When more people enter, we add more prizes instead of moving the goalposts.
Is this a raffle or lottery?
No. Community Challenge runs checkpoint based competitions, which are fully legal in the UK and follow strict compliance guidelines. Every draw is fair and transparent.
Are my odds affected by more players?
Nope. Your odds are fixed. More ticket sales unlock more prizes but don’t change your original chances of winning each prize.
How are winners chosen?
We use a random number generator (RNG) that is fully auditable and impartial.
Where does the Christmas Eve Draw come in?
Every time someone buys a ticket, 10p goes into our Christmas Eve Jackpot Fund. That prize is drawn at the end of the year — and it’s BIG.
Is this legit?
Absolutely. We’re a registered UK business (Community Challenge Ltd), and we pride ourselves on transparency, fairness, and fun. Real winners. Real prizes.
How do I know if I’ve won?
We contact winners directly by email and/or phone, and post results on our social media page.
How do I buy tickets?
Go to our Challenge Competitions™ page and click “Enter Now” on the competition you prefer. Then you’ll be taken to a page showing more of what that competition has in store regarding future checkpoints. Select the amount of tickets you’d like to buy, or enter free by post following the instructions, and you can purchase the tickets either with your Wallet Balance or by bank transfer.
I’ve won a prize. How do I cash it out?
Go to the “My Account” page (the picture of a person at the top of every page), scroll to the bottom, click “Bank Details & Withdrawal”. Here you can enter your bank details and upon saving them can put in a withdrawal request for any amount covered by your Wallet Balance. You can update your bank details here at any time. Your withdrawal request can take up to 3 business days to clear on our end and up to 3 days for the payment to be processed by your own bank. We can’t guarantee transfer times, but we do our best to get your withdrawal requests paid out as quickly as we can.
How do I refer somebody?
You can refer somebody by giving them your unique Referral Code found in the “Account Info” section of the “My Account” page. The person you are referring needs to enter your Referral Code into the field of the same name on the Registration Form when they sign up for the first time. That’s it! Both you whoever you referred will receive a 10% bonus on your referral partner’s next 3 wins! You can find out more from our Refer A Friend page.
