Cash alternatives & physical prizes

• For all physical prize items, you can choose between the item itself or the cash alternative from your My Account page.

• Cash alternatives are always equal to or higher in value than the physical prize and are added instantly to your on-site wallet when you choose them.

How physical prize claims work

• When you select a physical item as your prize, our team is notified by email.

• We’ll contact you using the email address on your Community Challenge account to:

  • Confirm the exact prize option/configuration (where applicable)

  • Discuss availability

  • Arrange your preferred shipping details

• If a specific item or configuration is not available at the time you claim, we’ll award the cash alternative instead.

Time limit to choose

• You have 14 days from winning a physical prize to choose item or cash.

• If you don’t make a choice within 14 days, your prize will automatically convert to the cash alternative and the money will be added to your on-site wallet.
